Mayor calls for volunteers

The Mayor of London has called for 3,000 adults to step up and volunteer to help young people fulfil their potential.

Boris Johnson issued his rallying cry as he dropped in on the Dockland Scout Project to add his support to YOU London, a collaboration of uniformed youth organisations, including The Scout Association.
