Scouts have hundreds of ideas for centenary A SCOUT group has its work cut out after pledging to carry out 100 activ To mark the milestone in November, the 10th Lewisham South Scout Group is planning to put together a display in the British Heart Foundation shop in the centre of Catford. The Catford-based group is planning a barbecue at its base in St Laurence Church, Bromley Road, this month and also plans to produce a centenary badge. Cub Scout leader Sharon Lloyd said: "We are trying to do a hundred things for a hundred years. "We're busy coming up with ideas." Last month the 41-strong group did 100 kangaroo-style jumps, in keeping with its motto One Jump Ahead of the Rest. Those interested in joining the group can call 07743 852625.
